For those who wonder and don't want to check for themselves, these deal 4 damage more then Impact Shots https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=28060 and are crafted by engineers.

Maybe if these where introduced before TBC, but now they just are useless. The lvl 65 bullets from vendors are better.

I made some to skill my early engineering, but didnt sell at all. Had to vendor/throw away.

The Arrows with the same dps are bought brom the cenarion expidition vendor and require honored with them

You learn to make these from the trainer in Honor Hold.

As for turning them into arrows, I don't know... I'm trying to sell 20 stacks of these...

Is there any way to convert these bullets to arrows -- like you can do with Thorium Shells? I mean is there someone you can turn them into or something to get Fel Iron Arrows instead?
