Patch 7.2: New World Bosses, Death Knight Animations, Legendary Improvements
Today's Patch 7.2 roundup includes an early look at the three new world bosses, improved Death Knight Animations, and a blue post hinting at legendary improvements coming a bit later in the PTR testing process.
Profession and Obliterum Forge Updates in Patch 7.2
Professions are getting a number of quality of life improvements in Patch 7.2, most notably

7.2 PTR: Artifact Challenge Tint Sources, Transmog Holiday Updates, Crafted Legendary Quests
Patch 7.2 PTR coverage continues with crafted legendary quests, the sources for Artifact Challenge Tints, and datamined strings hinting that we can transmog some holiday items soon!
Death Knight Tier 20 Armor Set
Patch 7.2 introduces the Tomb of Sargeras raid which drops Tier 20 armor sets! Many of these sets are inspired by Tier 6 Black Temple, but Death Knights weren't in game yet, so Blizzard got creative designing Death Knight Tier 20.
The Mythic shoulders and helm are a bit more elaborate than their Normal counterparts with additional horns and spikes!
Note that this is an early version of the set, and colors and details are subject to change.
7.2 PTR: Build 23445 Achievements, Artifact Traits, and Glyphs
The 2nd build from the 7.2 PTR is now here! This build will include the Tarren Mill vs Southshore PvP brawl and focus on increased stability and testing for content enabled last build. Earlier today

Blizzard Posts 1/25: Artifact Power in Patch 7.2, Group Finder Change, Honor for Prestige 0
For today's Blizzard post roundup, Artifact Power in Patch 7.2 has received clarifications: Artifact Power tokens acquired before Patch 7.2 won't be usable on an Artifact Weapon that has its
new 7.2 traits unlocked
. A hotfix will be coming to allow players to vendor Artifact Power tokens. Don't stockpile your AP!
In other news, there is downtime with the WoW Token, Spanish realms are added to the English queues for group content and the amount of Honor to reach Honor Level 50 in Prestige 0 will be reduced in 7.2.
Monk Tier 20 Armor Models
Patch 7.2 introduces the Tomb of Sargeras raid which drops Tier 20 armor sets! Many of these sets are inspired by Tier 6 Black Temple, but Monks weren't in game yet, so Blizzard got creative designing Monk Tier 20.
The Mythic shoulders are a bit more elaborate than the Normal shoulders, and there are also eight tints total for this set, up from the usual seven.
Paladin Tier 20 Armor Set Models
Patch 7.2 introduces the Tomb of Sargeras raid which drops Tier 20 armor sets, heavily inspired by Tier 6 sets from
Templo Negro
. In this post we're previewing the Tier 20 Paladin set, based on
Lightbringer Battlegear
. All sets include additional 3D armor pieces on the gloves, legs, and boots, and the Mythic shoulders are extra-elaborate with additional hovering effects.
Note that this is an early version of the set, and colors and details are subject to change.

Blizzard has posted development notes for today's upcoming 7.2 PTR build; it will focus on stability and introduce the PvP Brawl Southshore vs Tarren Mill!

There are four legendaries added in Patch 7.2 that require specific materials to craft. These legendaries do not have procs associated with them yet on the PTR - likely incomplete. They do show up in the "legendary" tab in the Adventure Journal loot section, alongside the other legendaries.

Patch 7.2 introduces new Artifact Traits for all specializations! Our
Artifact Calculator
is now updated with the latest traits and paths!
Each weapon receives a new path that contains one trait with four ranks, one with one rank, a golden trait, and an "infinite" trait.

Patch 7.2 Legion Dungeon Armor Sets
Patch 7.2 will introduce a new dungeon, the Cathedral of Night, as well as new models for dungeon gear! Below are the new styles for Cloth, Leather, Mail, and Dungeon armor.

7.2 PTR Build 23436 Models, Class Mount and Tints, and Pepe
Our 7.2 PTR Previews continue! In this post we'll cover new 3D models and mounts, including Disguised Anduin, all the known tints for Class Mounts, and Demon Hunter Pepe. We are going through our post and adding more tints to each class' mount, keep refreshing for updates!
Edit: High-resolution model images are now up for ALL class mounts and tint variations! As well as 7.2 Tomb of Sargeras Creatures.
