: Bit of confusion about EU -
: No, EU will not be able to do Mythic dungeon before reset.
: Can we get confirmation on Legion launch?
: 12:01 AM Pacific Time in NA, Later afternoon Pacific Time in EU. Same time it's always been.
; Plans to go past current artifact trait expenditure?
: Yes, we want it to continue throughout Legion. We want you to keep earning and spending AP. This will be informed by what we see happening. Things, for example, like extra levels of traits so you can put more points into a trait. It's nice to have a consistent power up - not luck based, you feel good upgrading.
: Plans for Ancient Mana beyond rep?
: Yes, as we get into 7.1 Details there will be more outdoor content in Suramar that involves this.
; Chance of looting extra keys in Mythic+ chests?
: That is a bug. You should only get 1 mythic keystone a week.
; Any way to get a fresh key instead of getting one 2 levels back?
: Not currently. We need to see how the system plays out. Let's let it settle first.
: Can specific specs target out of spec legendaries? (i.e. Holy Pally legendary for Prot Paladins)
: Things like that won't proc for other specs. Generic ones can go cross classes but I'd be surprised if that one was useable by prot paladins and if it is useable it will drop for that spec.
: Healer trinkets for use on tanks?
: It's okay until the healer trinket is BIS for tanks - then it's no good.
: Lots of design work has gone into trinkets - lot less simple procs. Was that a focused area?
: Yes, we felt like we were giving things up with bland trinkets.
: On use trinkets?
: Yeah we put in that cooldown so you don't use two at once, but that might be changed for tanks.
: Addons! Is /range gone on DBM?
: We have always tuned mechanics with stock UIs. We know things can be beat internally with stock UI. That's not to say it's not been overtuned. There's 3 levels: Tactical complexity (more concern of problem solving for higher level guilds), Execution: how hard is this to execute perfectly, and how Punishing is it when you make a mistake. This 3rd knob is the biggest thing we can tune, and 2nd knob a little less so. Example, Kromog - everyone used the ExRT addon - it's easy to say you can't do it without the addon but really, if it WAS too hard, then we would have made changes i.e. an extra second to run to the hands or reduced their health a little bit. We think it's more fun, assuming equal difficulty, to do without the addon. Removing capability of the addon will make for a better tuned experience for players.
: Will this affect things outside of instances or buffs?
: No, TomTom for example is not being broken. This is raids/dungeons. We also didn't want it live in the pre-patch, which would have been quite disruptive.
: Can I start my level 1 crafting in Broken Isles? What's the incentive to level?
: You need a certain skill level in your profession to see World Quests. Also higher skill usually means more efficiently. Skill exists more as a measure of time and effort you've put into the profession. Also there is a new path - ranks of recipes, etc.
: Keeping up to date?
: Yes, professions will be updated as the expansion goes on.
