Please take note, this is a slightly lesser mystic wand. Which means it's not as mystic as the Greater Mystic Wand (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=11290). So if you want to prioritize mysticism you probably want to go for the greater one, as it's much more mystic than this one.

Since it's not as mystic as the Greater Mystic Wand, you can't do as much damage. Mysticism = Damage.

It all make sense.

Created by Enchanting so can't be disenchanted. Like the weaker wands created by enchanting, it still has a pretty good DPS. The only want better than this is Gravestone Scepter, a reward from a BFD quest Blackphantom Villainy. If you do not wish to spend time just trying to get a party for that quest, I suggest you use this wand.

As of patch 1.9 today, crafted wands are Bind on Equip.

If you go past sun rock and head up hill on web winder there is a secret path to the left

you drop down onto a huge land shelf that over looks sun rock retreat.

again just look for a patch of grass leading over mountains to your left

the Enchant Traner to skill up over 150 is at The top of Tower of Azora.

hi people!
i was also stuck on skill 150 for a day or tree, but then i asked me around on general char and guild. people in general chat told me to go to ulldaman! but sence im lvl25 that would be quite hard. but when i asked in my guild they said to go to TOWER OF AZORA! in EWLYNN FOREST!
just between goldshire and eastvale logging camp.
so good luck guys.
it costs 45s to be able to get skill 225.

ok the name of npc is Hgarth and not hagarth, like on up post! and u can find it on 49, 57 is a hiden path at 48, 58.... that should help. u can find him on http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/mob.html?wmob=11074&locale;=enUS;source=live

Directions

Go to sun rock retreat and stand in front of the big tent's door.
Go northeast and u should see a log, and just beyond the log is a really narrow secret path thing.
Follow it up to a ledge that overlooks the town and the trainer will be standing there.

for horde the cords are 49/57 sunrock retreat.

It costs about 40s to buy the star wood, (+ other costs for mats if you use AH), so not really worth it unless you sell it in AH which is rare anyone would buy this <_<
